Hello all! I just wanted to get some thoughts down on this Saturday morning after a fun week in the market, and an even more fun week (hopefully) on the horizon.

$AITX – Crazy Week of Trading
Unless you’ve been living under a rock as an AITX investor, this week of trading was pretty wild, especially early in the week. I’ve written about this in a few articles, so I won’t re-hash all of that here. But in my opinion, expect this volatile share price activity to continue through the 10Q release. The 15th falls on a Saturday this year, so it’s looking like we’ll see it dropped close of market the 14th, or close of market 18th (MLK day is on the 17th!!).
After the 10Q, expect a few days of volatile trading which should hopefully settle down into more normal trading days, or at least as normal as the OTC can be. This is all barring any major PR, which brings me to my next point…
Steve mentioned in the Discord that there is some sales PR in the works to be released. He mentioned he expects it this coming week, so won’t have to wait long there. Don’t expect it to be released on the Q&A, but who knows! Speaking of the Q&A…
$AITX – Upcoming Q&A on January 9th
If you don’t already know, Steve is hosting a Q&A January 9th (more info here: https://twitter.com/RADCP155/status/1476197328784703498). These are incredibly helpful to investors, so I cannot recommend enough that you join this and listen in.
Funnily enough, I couldn’t think of any questions for him this time. Or at least any that he’s allowed to answer (pesky SEC!). Also, many will be answered in the 10Q. That being said, things I’m looking out for answers on are (I think these have all been asked already):
- ROAMEO deployment timeline and initial feedback (assuming deployed)
- Sales pipeline updates
- Any changes to unit attrition rate
- RAD Light My Way customer feedback?
Looking forward to it, and thanks as always Steve for doing this and Craig for moderating!
$TLSS – New Management, Salson Close?
I realized yesterday that I never told people that I loosely follow TLSS, which is an early-stage logistics company. The company has a really complicated story and history, but chatter on the street is that they are on the up-and-up with new management announced management over the last few days.
This is an incredibly dense topic, so I recommend you check out the subreddit for this company (https://www.reddit.com/r/tlss). The new management (CEO and CFO) being appointed by the board of directors has people thinking it is directly related to a massive acquisition of a company called Salson.
I’ll be on the lookout for more news, but I wanted to let the TLSS gang know that I’m paying attention!
$ALPP – back below 1.90 and Potential Long Position
I tweeted about this before, but ALPP is now back below 1.90 after its gain back above 2.0. I have been eyeing ALPP for awhile to personally invest in, as opposed to just writing about. But I haven’t gotten a good enough grasp of a price I’m comfortable with. See my article on the conglomerate discount here for why that is! But in short, ALPP is a tricky one for me to value with so many different business units, companies, industries, etc. I think I have a good idea of where I want to enter, but maybe I’m just gun-shy!
Either way, as always, I will disclose immediately when I enter into a position on ALPP. The company is very intriguing to me, and I love the vision. Seeing the price drop is making me even more tempted to enter a long position.
Ironically enough, I was one click away from writing a few put contracts on the stock when it was around 2.0. It was a mid-Jan expiration, 2.50 strike, and 0.60 premium. I decided not to, and literally an hour later the stock dropped enough where it would have gotten exercised! My daily reminder to stay out of options…
Blog Update
Quick blog update. If you’re not using adblocker or are on mobile, you’ll notice ads are now on my site. I am having a few technical difficulties with them, and they are showing up a tad bit more than I’d like. I feel like these Ad providers have two options: excessive or sort of excessive. It becomes a bit more manual to dial it down even more. Please bear with me on this, I am still in the learning stages of website maintenance!
Also, please turn an adblocker on if it’s annoying. I’ve always used Adblock Plus: (https://adblockplus.org/) and it works like a charm. It also blocks most analytics and data gathering tools on sites, so if you’re worried about privacy, this is a must. Conversely, if you want to support the blog, you can turn off your Adblocker. But up to you!
Also, I’m thinking about actually getting a site logo designed by someone. I’m getting a little bored of the license free picture I use on here, and the green “S” on Twitter. If you know a graphic designer looking for work (obviously I will pay them), feel free to DM me details.
Blog Stats
This is something new I want to do where I briefly go through how the blog is doing as a regular check in, maybe weekly or every other week, depending on what there is to report. We’ll see! I’m a big stats and numbers guy myself, so it’s sort of therapeutic to see how things are progressing.
If this is super boring to you, feel free to end your reading here.
I may add specific blog stats like page views, users, etc. one day. But the data you get from Google Analytics is sort of weird. It’s all tailored towards ads, so all of you using Adblocker or declining cookies, which I think a lot of you desktop users are (including myself 😊), will never get counted. It kind of gives me a warped version of my viewership and the number is not super meaningful.
Therefore, I try to focus on other stats.
Stats as of 1/8/2022 summarized here:
- Twitter Followers:
- 1/8/2022: 179
- 12/11/2021: 94
- Patreon Patrons:
- 1/8/2021: 6
- 1/1/2022: 2
Onto the stats…I’m inching closer to 200 Twitter followers which is really cool. Granted I didn’t think anyone would ever read what I wrote, so when I got 10 Twitter followers, I thought I peaked!
One thing I’ve noticed though, I get a lot of readers and supporters who don’t actually follow me on Twitter. If you don’t mind, please drop me a follow so you can keep up to date and I can get in touch with my Twitter users. I’ve noticed a lot of people regularly read my content because I use ticker symbols on Twitter, but not because they follow me. So, dropping a follow so you can see my content without having to use ticker symbols would be awesome!
Patreon
My Patreon has grown to six patrons over the last week, which is quite honestly more than I thought I’d ever get. If you’re interested in becoming a Patron, I’ve provided a link below. I say it every time, but my current Patrons are awesome and always keep me invigorated with writing!
I have some cool ideas about some things to do for my Patrons, maybe like livestream Q&A’s, going live through some of your favorite OTC’s regulatory filings and giving my thoughts, that kind of stuff. For now, most of my Patrons just DM me questions on Twitter/Discord, but it might be cool to go through a lot of these as a group of Patrons. I’d likely implement that if I hit a higher number of Patrons. More to come there!
Also, I’m thinking about putting a one-time donation button on the blog, which is currently a feature unavailable on Patreon. I’ve had a few people ask about it, so I’m working on it! For now, if you want to be a Patron for like a month or something, you can cancel it after it bills the first time, which is the first of every month.
Aaand that’s the end! Thanks for reading!

I am one of those peeps that log into the Twitter account and I very rarely look at my Twitter home page who I follow.. I go straight to the ticker markers that are interesting to me at that moment in time. If I didn’t, I never get anything done and go off into open cyberspace
